Hello! How may we assist you?

Q. When should I use the facemask?

A. We recommend using it at night after the cleansing of your skin. For this is when your pores and skin is exposed the best. You may also use it in the morning but as long as the facial and skin are has been cleansed, then the facemask is able to perform at its peak.

Q. How many times a week should I use the facemask?

A. There is a trend in Korea where you usually use a facemask once a day, known as “1 pack 1 day”. However, the average person will use the facemask 1-2 times a week, which is sufficient to get that dewy K-beauty glow. We HIGHLY recommend not using it once a day due to its great performance and powerful essence. So applying at least 2-3 times a week is the most effective results.

Q. How long do I leave the facemask on for?

A. Our recommended time is 15-20 minutes BUT it is acceptable to leave on for 30-45 minutes.

Q. How does it fit into my routine?

A. Are you wondering where facemasks fit into the picture with all of the different toners, serums, and essences out there? There is no set golden rule because every skin type is different and what works for one skin type may not fit another skin type. The recommended routine for our product is to cleanse then facemask.

Q. What should I do with the extra essence?

A. Don’t throw it away! The leftover essence can be used all over the arms, neck, elbows, knees and legs for extra moisture and nourishment! There is PLENTY of nourishment to go around the body for you!

Q. What should I know about Facemask if I have sensitive skin?

A. Your skin type is an important factor to remember when trying out a sheet mask. If your skin is sensitive it is best to choose a sheet mask that is fragrance free as your skin could have a reaction to the perfume. If you have an allergy to certain botanicals and natural oils, it is best to avoid masks that contain those ingredients. The best option to have if your skin is extremely sensitive and reacts easily to products is to ask your GP or Dermatologist for their professional advice in which sheet mask to try.

Q. What do I do after I finish using the facemask?

A. After usage of the facemask, you may discard the facemask. While the essence is still on your facial skin, you gently tap onto your skin or rub the essence into your pores. This helps the skin revitalize and retain moisture throughout the period of non-usage.
